Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the product's settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in the current billing period
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 48 hours of purchase: Full refund if you have not used the paid features significantly
- Technical issues: If a service is persistently unavailable or non-functional, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription, the duplicate charges will be refunded in full
3. Non-Refundable
- Subscriptions cancelled after 48 hours with significant usage
- Partial months or unused subscription time after cancellation
- One-time purchases after delivery of the digital product
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@cognitivesquad.com with your registered email and transaction ID
- Include the reason for your refund request
- We will review and respond within 3 business days
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
