1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product or service provided by Cognitive Squad Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Cognitive Squad operates multiple software products including but not limited to AlgoBook, KnowMyNBR, and other digital platforms. This payment gateway processes payments for all such products.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) unless otherwise specified.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials provided through our services are owned by Cognitive Squad Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognitive Squad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
